How do I order a personalized 3D crystal?

Can I upload multiple photos?

Yes — some shapes and sizes support multi-photo layouts, great for anniversaries or family collages. Start Your Crystal

Can you remove backgrounds?

Yes — background removal is available for photos with busy or distracting backgrounds. Start Your Crystal

Can I add text engraving?

Yes — optional text engraving is available on all products except keychains and necklaces, up to 2 lines of 30 characters each, at no extra cost — unlike many competitors who charge extra. Start Your Crystal

Will I receive a preview before production?

What photo works best?

Can old photos be restored?

Yes — cropping, contrast correction, and repair of scratches or tears are standard steps before engraving. Start Your Crystal

What crystal shape should I choose?

Rectangle suits group photos and family portraits; heart suits close couple or pet portraits; diamond and cube suit desk display and corporate gifts. See our shape guide. Start Your Crystal

What's the best crystal for pets?

Heart or rectangle, depending on whether the photo is a close-up portrait or full-body shot. Pet crystals are one of our most requested categories. Start Your Crystal

Do you offer crystal heart necklaces?

Yes — the same true 3D laser-engraved photo technology as our larger pieces, sized for everyday wear. Text engraving isn't available on necklaces. Start Your Crystal

Do you offer photo keychains?

Yes — a portable, everyday version of the same laser-engraved photo technology. Text engraving isn't available on keychains. Start Your Crystal

What is K9 crystal, and is it real crystal?

Yes — K9 optical crystal is the material we use, with a higher refractive index than standard glass, which is what makes an engraved image glow. Start Your Crystal

What's the difference between 2D and 3D engraving?

2D engraving prints or etches near the surface with no real depth. True 3D engraving builds the image from thousands of points at varying depths inside the crystal. Start Your Crystal

What are LED bases, and how do they work?

LED bases illuminate your engraved crystal from below. Single-color and color-changing versions are both available. Start Your Crystal

What are your shipping options?

Four options: Rush ships next business day with an estimated 1–2 day delivery; Priority ships next business day with an estimated 2-day delivery; Standard ships within 1–2 days with an estimated 3–5 day delivery; or choose free local pickup at our Plano, TX facility. Start Your Crystal

How long does production take?

Production follows your shipping choice at checkout — Rush and Priority orders ship the next business day; Standard ships within 1–2 days. Start Your Crystal

Will I receive tracking?

Do you ship internationally?

Can I pick up my order locally instead of shipping?

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

Because every piece is custom-engraved, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse — only for a production error or shipping damage. Start Your Crystal

What if my order arrives damaged?

Send a photo of the damage the same day it's received, and we'll remake or refund it — we cover return shipping. Start Your Crystal

What if I made a mistake on my photo or text before approving the proof?

The digital proof is your checkpoint to catch and correct any mistake before production starts. Start Your Crystal

Can I cancel or change my order after approving the proof?

No — once production begins, orders can't be canceled or modified. Start Your Crystal

Do you offer gift packaging?

Can I ship a gift directly to the recipient?

Do you sell gift cards?

Do you offer corporate crystal awards?

Yes — the same true 3D laser engraving, typically with a company logo instead of a photo, in rectangle or cube crystal. Request a Custom Quote

Can you engrave our company logo instead of a photo?

Yes. JPEG, PNG, and EPS files are recommended. Request a Custom Quote

Do you offer volume or bulk pricing for corporate orders?

Pricing and quantity are worked out together as part of a custom quote — reach out and we'll tailor a plan to your order. Request a Custom Quote

Do corporate orders get the same shipping options as individual orders?

Yes — Rush, Priority, Standard, and local pickup are all available regardless of order size. Request a Custom Quote

Do you accept purchase orders or invoicing for corporate accounts?
